RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT POLICY
1. Returns & Exchanges
Turqtang offers a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange window from the date of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Eligibility Conditions
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned product(s) must reach our warehouse within 5–7 days of return approval.
- Reverse pick-up is available subject to pin code serviceability.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of stains, damage, odour, or alterations.
- Original price tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
Any product returned in a used, damaged, altered, or unsatisfactory condition will be rejected. No store credit will be issued for rejected returns.
2. Store Credits – All Resolutions
All approved returns and exchanges are resolved exclusively via Store Credits. This applies to all payment modes including prepaid, UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, Cash on Delivery (COD), and Partial COD.
Store Credit Terms:
- Store Credits are issued within 2–9 working days of successful return pickup and quality verification.
- Credits are valid for use on www.turqtang.com and do not expire unless otherwise communicated.
- Store Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Shipping charges, reward points, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-creditable.
3. Reverse Pickup & Shipping
Reverse Pickup Charges:
- A reverse shipment handling fee of ₹200 per order will be deducted from the Store Credit issued.
- This deduction applies per order, irrespective of the number of items.
- Pickup will be attempted a maximum of twice. If unsuccessful, the customer must self-ship the product(s).
Self-Shipping Guidelines
Courier the product(s) to: SDZ APPARELS LLP, 9 Business Bay, 9th Floor - 903, Malad West, Mumbai - 400064, Maharashtra, India.
- Clearly mention your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.
- Do not use The Professional Couriers — packages sent via this service will not be accepted.
- Retain your courier receipt for tracking and dispute purposes.
- Store Credits (excluding logistics charges) will be processed within 48 working hours of receiving and verifying the product(s).
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders are eligible for Store Credits only, issued within 2–4 working days from successful return pickup.
- Store Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD)
- 10% of the total order value is collected online at the time of placing the order.
- The remaining 90% is payable in cash at the time of delivery.
- Orders are confirmed and dispatched only after upfront payment is successfully received.
- Partial COD orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- If a Partial COD order is refused or not accepted at delivery, the 10% upfront payment will be forfeited to cover logistics and handling costs.
- The upfront 10% (after applicable deductions) and the balance COD amount will both be resolved as Store Credits.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
- To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Instagram DM.
7. Promotional & Sale Orders
Orders placed during sales or promotions (including Buy 1 Get 1 Free or similar offers) are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or Store Credits, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
8. Non-Creditable Items
- Shipping & logistics charges
- Reward points
- Store credits / gift cards (once issued, cannot be reconverted)
9. Grievance Redressal
In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, Turqtang has designated a Grievance Officer to address consumer complaints.

Resolution Timeline: Within 48 hours of acknowledgement; resolved within 30 days as per CPA 2019
