When will my tracking update?

Tracking information typically appears within 24–48 hours after your order is dispatched. If you've just placed your order, hang tight — we usually ship within 1–2 business days.

How does shipping work?

We fulfil orders through Shiprocket, which assigns your package to a carrier (such as Delhivery, BlueDart, or DTDC) based on your location. Once the carrier scans your parcel, live tracking becomes available above.

My tracking hasn't updated in a while

Carrier scans can sometimes be delayed — especially over weekends or public holidays. If your tracking hasn't moved in more than 5 business days, please reach out to us and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
